  • Blinc will enter into a separate agreement with the Letting Agent/Landlord, for the lifetime of the tenancy
  • Independent dispute resolution provided by HF Resolutions in line with the current deposit schemes
  • Easier end of tenancy process with the assistance of Blinc
  • Commissions available for Letting Agents

We purchase an insurance for each of our DRS Guarantees. This insurance is provided by an underwriter with a Standard and Poor’s A+ Rating and is fully regulated by the FCA and protected by the FSCS

How does it work?

Setting up a DRS couldn't be simpler

Step 1

The Landlord or Letting Agent create a unique quote invitation via out DRS platform and “Invites” the tenant to join the scheme for their tenancy

Step 2 

The Tenant can then confirm details, agree to our terms and conditions and pay online for the deposit replacement scheme

Step 3

The Tenant then makes savings on their upfront move in costs and the landlord avoids the new 5 week maximum deposit with an increased level of protection of 8 or 12 weeks
